Teachers and Students Are Sharing the Most “Horrific” Places They’ve Bumped Into Each Other

Not every teacher can afford to take the summer off, so it’s possible you might run into one of yours Lifeguarding at the pool.

Teachers on TikTok are sharing the “most horrific” places they’ve bumped into students outside of school, and students are also sharing the unexpected times they’ve seen one of their teachers.  Here are a few:

1.  “I was teaching preschool and also working at a topless bar.  Saw a father at last call . . . and saw him again at the school’s early drop-off at 6:00 a.m.”

2.  “I was getting a bikini wax, and halfway through my technician told me that because of me, she’s doing great in college math.”

3.  “When I was a teacher, I saw a CURRENT student who was 16 attempt to use his fake I.D. at the bar where I was moonlighting.”

4.  “Therapy.  He was on his way out, as I was on my way in.”

5.  “As my colonoscopy was just about to begin:  ‘Hey, Mr. K.  You were my favorite teacher.  I’ll be assisting you today.’  I said, ‘Thanks, enjoy the view.'”

6.  “A student was the ONLY cashier when I was buying a pregnancy test.”

7.  “I got into an Uber, blackout drunk, and my driver was a student’s parent.”

8.  “I was pooping at Walmart, and a third grade student popped her head under the stall and said, ‘I saw your shoes and thought that was you, Mrs. Ware!'”

9.  A student said, “My professor canceled class one day because of a ‘family emergency.’  So I decided to go to a mall that was an hour away from campus, and ran into her at Nordstrom.”

10.  A student said, “Locked eyes with a high school teacher while stopped at a red light.  I was skipping her class.  And apparently, she was too.”

11.  A student said, “A funeral.  Turns out we were related.  And he was my MOST-hated teacher I’ve ever had.”

12.  A student said, “Me and my college professor was locked up in jail over the weekend together.”  (The professor would probably note that it should be “Me and my college professor WERE locked up in jail . . .”)
