1. Denver has an official mayor’s residence that no mayor has ever lived in. It was donated to the city in 1998, and none of the five mayors since that time has opted to move in.

5. The “Guardians of the Galaxy” soundtrack was the first soundtrack ever to make it to #1 on the Billboard chart that was entirely made up of songs that had been released before.
