Rumors of a new AC/DC album have been circulating over the past year, and drummer Phil Rudd and vocalist Brian Johnson were seen together at a studio. Now it seems that Johnson has confirmed there’s a new album and he’s definitely a part of it. When asked about the rumors of him being on the new AC/DC album and he said “Yes” and that he is ” Sick of denying it”.
Black Label Society has also announced that they will be hitting the road for the 20 Years of Sonic Brewtality Tour with two shows in each market. The tour will be launching to support the “reimaged” reissue of their 1999 debut “Sonic Brew” which will include two new bonus tracks, a full band/piano version of “Spoke In The Wheel” and an acoustic version of “Black Pearl.”
John Mayer will be busy this summer. Following a 19-date run as part of Dead & Company, he will be launching a 27-date North American solo tour.
Greta Van Fleet bassist Sam Kiszka revealed that the band are planning to release their second album during 2019, adding that he was certain they would “grow musically” in the process.
Ozzy Osbourne has called off the first four U.K. dates of his European “No More Tours 2” farewell tour due to a case of the flu. The cancellation announcement came from Judas Priest, who were set to open for Ozzy on the tour, scheduled to kick-off January 30 in Dublin, Ireland.
