Longtime Yes frontman Jon Anderson will release his first solo album since 2011, titled 1,000 Hands, due out on March 31. The album will featuring Yes bandmates Steve Howe, Alan White and the late Chris Squire.
Shinedown spent much of last year on tour with Godsmack in support of their latest studio album “Attention, Attention.” Now, Brent Smith and company have announced a new round of summer amphitheater tour dates, beginning June 21 in The Woodlands, Texas, and running through July 27 in Ridgefield, Virginia. Badflower, Dinosaur Pile-Up and Broken Hands will open for Shinedown on the tour.
Ghost’s Tobias Forge has revealed new album plans for 2020. After the extensive touring scheduled for 2019, Forge wants to get back in the studio by early 2020 and release Ghost’s fifth album before the year is over.
Slash and his bandmates, Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators, will return to the U.S. for another leg of their “Living the Dream” tour. Slash issued his fourth solo album (and third with Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators) last September. Living the Dream has already yielded the singles “Driving Rain,” “Mind Your Manners” and “My Antidote.”
Foo Fighters have postponed a duo of shows this month due to an injury to an undisclosed member of band. The cancelled New Orleans gigs scheduled for Feb. 15 and 16 will be rescheduled to May 15 and 16. Foo Fighters released the following statement on Monday, February 4:
