Cream will release “Goodbye Tour Live 1968” on February 7th — a 4-disc box set of material from the group’s farewell tour. The box set is being previewed with previously-unreleased live audio of “Sunshine Of Your Love”.
Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine says that following radiation treatment for throat cancer, his test results look great and he’s feeling strong.
Greta Van Fleet singer Josh Kiszka says the band will release its second album in early 2020. Their acclaimed debut album, Anthem of the Peaceful Army, was released back in 2018, and they previously stated that the new LP was scheduled to arrive in 2019 — but in a new interview, Kiszka outlined the updated plan.
Faith No More have announced that they are reuniting for the first time in five years. In addition, next summer and will play a number of music festivals across Europe.
Led by sisters Nancy Wilson and Ann Wilson the band Heart returned in 2019. Now, they have plans for new music in 2020. Nancy Wilson said in an interview that “I’ve got a lot of song ideas in my head and in my notes on my phone, and [I’ve been] singing into my phone. So I think that new Heart material would be really great, because the last album we did was Beautiful Broken, [where] we kind of redid some of our favorite [songs from Heart’s catalog].”
