Here are some random facts for you.
1. Slimer in “Ghostbusters” was originally going to be called “Onionhead”, and the early ideas for the title included “Ghoststoppers”, “Ghost Smashers”, and “Ghostbreakers” before they settled on “Ghostbusters”.
2. Almost HALF of the U.S. presidents in the past 80 years have been left-handed: Harry Truman, Gerald Ford, George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and Barack Obama. And Ronald Reagan was ambidextrous, but naturally left-handed.
Some people believe Herbert Hoover (1929-1933) was left-handed, but at that time everyone was taught to use their right hand, so there’s no definitive word.
James Garfield (1881-1881) was ambidextrous. He was the only known left-handed president among the first 30 presidents.
3. Some of the early top casting choices for “Speed” were originally Stephen Baldwin and Ellen DeGeneres. It would’ve been a very different movie.
4. Waffle House owns its own record label called Waffle Records, and its songs are mostly played in their restaurants.
5. Almost all of the American flags at Disney World have the wrong number of stars. That way Disney doesn’t need to perform proper flag protocols and lower all of them every night.
