As fans continue to enjoy the Guns N’ Roses’ latest hit, “Nothin’,” which becomes a top 10 smash on one Billboard tally this week, the group’s most successful album, Appetite For Destruction, finds its way back to multiple charts, reports Forbes Senior Contributor, Hugh McIntyre.

Guns N’ Roses return to three albums rankings in America with what can be considered one of the most commercially successful hard rock releases of all time. Appetite For Destruction finds its way back to the Top Hard Rock Albums, Top Rock and Alternative Albums lists, and the Billboard 200 simultaneously.

The blockbuster nearly reenters the Top 10 on the ranking of the most consumed hard rock full-lengths and EPs, where it settles at #11. The set barely makes it onto the Top Rock and Alternative Albums chart as it comes in at #47 on the 50-spot roster. Over on the Billboard 200, the 200-space detailing of the most consumed albums in the United States, Appetite for Destruction surges to #188.

On November 29, Guns N’ Roses will be headlining the 2026 bp Adelaide Grand Final Sunday Concert. The Nightrain pre-sale is underway, with the regular ticket on-sale commencing February 16 at 9 AM, local time.

This marks four years to the day since Guns N’ Roses last played Adelaide, Australia, on November 29, 2022, as part of the We’re F’N’ Back! Tour.

The bp Adelaide Grand Final performance places Guns N’ Roses at the centre of the country’s largest domestic motorsport event, reports Paul Cashmere of Noise 11. The Sunday night concert traditionally serves as the final statement of the weekend and in 2026 it will bring one of rock’s most enduring catalogues to a crowd already charged by four days of racing. The event has been recognized as Supercars’ Best Event of the Year for four consecutive years, a reflection of its scale and the ambition of its entertainment programming.

South Australian Premier Peter Malinauskas said the booking reflects the event’s ambition and its broader impact. He described the bp Adelaide Grand Final as one of the biggest sporting events in the country and said securing Guns N’ Roses for the Sunday night ensures the 2026 event ends on a high, combining elite motorsport with world-class live entertainment while driving economic and tourism benefits for the state.

South Australian Motorsport Concert Manager Brian Gleeson OAM said the headline concert has become a defining moment of the weekend, noting that Guns N’ Roses are an ideal fit for an event built on adrenaline, atmosphere and large-scale spectacle.
