1. “The Devil Wears Prada 2” (PG-13) Trailer
Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, and Stanley Tucci reunite for this sequel.
In this one, “Runway’s” reputation takes a hit after it’s revealed that a new brand they’d promoted has been using sweat shop labor. Then Anne Hathaway is brought in to use her journalism experience to restore the magazine’s image.
Unfortunately, they’ve got major problems with advertisers, including one that hired Miranda’s former assistant (Emily Blunt). The new cast includes Justin Theroux, Kenneth Branagh, Lucy Liu, and “Bridgerton’s” Simone Ashley.
The soundtrack includes three songs from Lady Gaga, who also makes an appearance in the movie. One of those new songs is “Runway“ which she did with Doechii.
2. “Animal Farm” (PG) Trailer
An animated movie based on George Orwell’s novel about an animal uprising that happens after they realize their owners want to sell them to the slaughterhouse.
Seth Rogen and Laverne Cox are the animal leaders of the rebellion. And Andy Serkis pulls triple duty as the owner of the farm, a rooster, and as an old boar who inspires the others to rise up against the humans.
The rest of the cast includes Gaten Matarazzo from “Stranger Things”, Woody Harrelson, Jim Parsons, Kathleen Turner, Steve Buscemi, and Glenn Close.
