Violent Femmes have announced a run of Fall 2025 US tour dates. The folk-punk legends will bring their show to 13 cities this October.
The tour kicks off October 3rd in Wilmington, Delaware, and runs through an October 18th show in the band’s hometown of Milwaukee. Along the way, the Femmes will hit such cities as Baltimore, Pittsburgh, and Chicago, among others.
An artist pre-sale begins Wednesday (June 18th) at 10 a.m. local time using the code ADDITUP, while a Live Nation pre-sale follows on Thursday (June 19th) at 10 a.m. local time with the code TREBLE. A general on-sale begins Friday (June 20th) at 10 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster.
Violent Femmes completed a spring tour earlier this year on which they performed their first two albums — 1983’s self-titled debut and 1984’s Hallowed Ground — in their entirety. However, the fall dates are not being billed as the two-album performance.
Still, fans can expect to hear favorites like “Blister in the Sun,” “Add It Up,” “Kiss Off,” and more from the Femmes’ iconic debut LP, as well as favorites from the band’s other albums.
