It’s safe to assume that bands play their popular hits all the time.  But have you ever wondered just how MANY times?  A new study took stats from the website Setlist.fm to find out which songs rock bands have performed over 1,500 times.

Here are some notable ones:

1.  “T.N.T.”, AC/DC:  1,588 times

2.  “School’s Out”, Alice Cooper:  3,090 times

3.  “Smoke on the Water”, Deep Purple:  2,223 times

4.  “Master of Puppets”, Metallica:  1,774 times

5.  “Rock and Roll All Nite”, KISS:  2,228 times

6.  “Rock of Ages”, Def Leppard:  2,081 times

7.  “I Want You to Want Me”, Cheap Trick:  2,239 times

8.  “(Don’t Fear) The Reaper”, Blue Oyster Cult:  2,619 times

9.  “Walk This Way”, Aerosmith:  1,761 times

10.  “You Give Love a Bad Name”, Bon Jovi:  1,570 times
