86% of People Are Not Happy When Coworkers Show Up Sick

There was a time when some people considered it a “badge of honor” to show up to work, even when they were under the weather.  But now, we just want those sickos to STAY HOME.

In a new survey, 86% of people say they feel concerned about their own health when a coworker comes to work visibly sick.

And 42% admit that their relationship with a coworker would be “negatively affected” if that person knowingly showed up sick.  64% of those people say they consider it SELFISH if someone shows up to work sick.

Younger people are more likely to feel this way.

And naturally, the pandemic had a big effect.  57% say their “expectations of others changed since then”, when it became clear that some people cared a lot about not getting those around them sick, and others, not so much.
