Comedian Sebastian Maniscalco is set to host the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards. Maniscalco, who is also an actor and best-selling author, just sold out a four-show run at Madison Square Garden. He will host the VMAs from Prudential Center in Newark, NJ on Monday, August 26.
