Scorpions frontman Klaus Meine is recovering from surgery to remove kidney stones, which forced the band to postpone their  concert in Sydney, Australia. 

Slipknot’s Knotfest At Sea will set sail from Barcelona in Spain on August 10, making stops in Naples,  Italy, and returning to port on August 14.  Slipknot confirmed they will play two sets onboard the ship, and now the first eight artists who will be playing at Knotfest At Sea have been announced —  Anthrax, Behemoth, Devildriver, Sevendust, Skindred, Ho99o9, Higher Power and Sleep Token — with more to be announced in the coming weeks.

Pearl Jam have released their new single ‘Superblood Wolfmoon’ from the band’s forthcoming new album ‘Gigaton.’ The track was previewed last week through a smartphone feature which played snippets of the song whenever fans pointed their mobile device at the moon. ‘Superblood Wolfmoon’ follows on from the record’s first single ‘Dance of the Clairvoyants’, which came out on January 22.

Following last week’s confirmation from Dave Grohl that the band’s new album is now finished, Foo Fighters have revealed that they’ll be hitting the road in the U.S. to celebrate their 25th anniversary as a band. The Foos had previously promised that 2020 would be “an insane year”, and now they’ve announced The Van Tour.

Korn and Faith No More just announced a late summer/early fall 2020 tour of North American amphitheaters. The tour kicks off August 7th in Denver, CO and make stops in Irvine, Phoenix, Dallas, Brooklyn, Toronto and more, wrapping up with a performance at St. Louis’ Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre on September 17th.
