Police Catch a Bank Robber When They See Him Walking Down the Street Counting the Money

36-year-old Steve Coley Jr. of Port Richey, Florida went into a Bank of America last week and demanded money.  As far as we know, he didn’t have a weapon.  But bank tellers are trained to just hand over money, no questions asked.  So Steve got his cash and left.

And if he could’ve demonstrated even a MINIMAL amount of patience he might not have gotten caught.  But clearly that was just too much to ask.   Because the bank called the cops, and gave them Steve’s description.  A few minutes later, as the cops were searching the area, they saw Steve walking down the street, counting the money he’d just stolen.

Since he matched the description, they stopped him, and the cash he was counting was the EXACT same amount that the bank was missing.  He was arrested for bank robbery.
